About the event
This nationally accredited one day course is aimed at anybody working, volunteering, or intending to work, in an environment in which food is prepared, cooked and handled. Anyone wishing to refresh previously learned skills and knowledge, businesses looking to provide staff development to food employees or self-employed, food based small business owners. Minimum 6 hours learning with multiple choice assessment at the end of the day.
This is a certificated course and the awarding body is Highfield. Book in advance.
COST: £50 per person (£10 unwaged)
Registration: 09:15am
It is essential to bring photo ID on the day - your passport, driving licence etc. There is a short multiple choice test at the end
