Support available from Carers Lewisham

Carers Lewisham has a wide variety of services available to carers. A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member due to illness, disability, mental health problem or an addiction. 

The support they are able to offer includes advice sessions, health checks, art and craft activities, first aid training, exercise classes and IT training, wellbeing workshops, and a carers’ forum. Please contact them direct for further information about how they can help you.
