Looking after our health, and the wellbeing of our families and communities, has never felt more important.
That’s why we’re inviting everyone - from toddlers to seniors - to join us at the Staying Well Health Fair for a joyful, informative and restorative afternoon in our beautiful community garden.
Whether you’re interested in health tips, free checks, family fun or just relaxing in a friendly space, there’s something for everyone at the fair!
🩺 Health & Wellness Highlights
Blood Pressure, Weight & Urine ACR Checks Get quick insights into your health and chat with our Care Coordinator and Cardiometabolic Fellow.
Diabetes Advice & Guidance Nana, a diabetes lifestyle coach, will be on hand to answer questions and provide tips for managing or preventing diabetes.
Kidney Health Checks Learn about kidney function in a fun and accessible way, with help from our three amazing Kidney Ambassadors.
Sexual Health Support The team from Metro will be offering resources and information on sexual health.
📚 Prescriptions you’ll love
Dr. Read will be prescribing summer reads - from health guides to self-help and novels, there's something for all ages.
Dr. Gardener will offer remedies for all your gardening-related ailments.
💃 Move, create & laugh
Dr. Movit-Groovit will be leading a feel-good dance session - no experience needed, just bring your best energy!
Crafty Dr. invites you to join a relaxing and creative crafting taster session.
🧒 Family fun
Treasure Hunt – Search for hidden clues and prizes around the garden!
Dragonfly Discovery – Learn about dragonflies and help create a giant version.
Fruity Kebabs & Chocolate Dip – Make your own healthy treat (and maybe get a little messy!).
Games & Activities – There’s plenty to keep little hands and big imaginations busy.

Slimming World stall – Find helpful information and connect with support.
Friendly chats with neighbours, opportunities to ask health questions, and discover local resources.
