Mindful Mums offers an opportunity to learn tips and techniques to build resilience, emotional wellbeing and managing the changes related to this life changing and often challenging period of pregnancy and early months of child birth and handle stress and anxieties of being a mum. It also helps to build confidence and social connections with other women.
